> This test measures the amount of aluminum circulating in the liquid part of your blood. It helps show whether you have accumulated unsafe levels of this metal, which is a particular concern for individuals with kidney issues or those with heavy exposure at work. Doctors use these results to help identify or rule out aluminum toxicity that can negatively affect the brain and bones. However, this test cannot determine the total amount of aluminum stored in your body tissues or diagnose specific organ damage on its own.
