Lipid Panel With Apolipoprotein B (ApoB), GlycA (Inflammation), Diabetes Risk Index (DRI)
This test measures cholesterol levels, a protein called ApoB that carries cholesterol, markers of inflammation, and indicators related to insulin resistance. It helps evaluate your likelihood of developing heart disease and type 2 diabetes by analyzing how your body manages fats and sugar. The results can reveal metabolic imbalances or hidden inflammation that standard lipid panels might miss. However, this test is a risk assessment tool and does not diagnose a specific heart condition or diabetes on its own.
