Tuna

This test measures specific antibodies in your blood that react to proteins found in tuna. It helps show whether your immune system is sensitive to this fish, which is important if you experience symptoms like itching, swelling, or stomach upset after eating seafood. This testing helps rule out whether tuna is the specific cause of your reaction compared to other foods. It cannot, however, predict exactly how severe a future allergic reaction might be based on the numbers alone.
