It helps show whether your immune system is sensitized to this food, which is important if you experience hives, swelling, or digestive issues after eating buckwheat products. This analysis helps identify if buckwheat is a potential trigger for your allergic reactions. However, this test cannot diagnose a food allergy on its own, as having antibodies does not always mean you will have a physical reaction when eating the food.
