Lamb
This test measures the level of lambda free light chains, which are small proteins produced by immune cells in your blood. It helps show whether your body is producing a balanced amount of immune proteins or if there is an excess that could indicate a problem with your plasma cells. Doctors use this result to help rule out or monitor disorders involving abnormal cell growth, such as multiple myeloma. However, this test alone cannot diagnose a specific disease and usually requires comparison with other protein levels to fully understand the results.
